How to Reset the MX-760HD

The factory reset procedure in the manual for the MX-760HD is incorrect, please use the following procedure.

  • Power off the Mvix Player completely. Remove the power cord from the player for 15 minutes.
  • Plug-In the power cable. Wait for 10 seconds.
  • Simultaneously press the STOP and OK buttons on the unit (not on the Remote). While holding them, press and hold the POWER button on the unit. Hold all three buttons for 10 seconds. "Factory Reset" should display on the LCD monitor
  • The unit Reboots and returns to Factory Default condition.
  • (For users with PAL TV) Note that the default TV output is re-set to NTSC.
