Felthos Foundry, LLC. owns and operates these Unofficial Forums covering the Mvix line of products as a service to its subscribers,
to provide a friendly environment, where members can help each other and exchange ideas and information.
Here are some basic guidelines that we would appreciate everyone follow so that this remains above all, a Community, and a
fun, and useful place for all members.

1. Here to Help. One of the main purposes of this forum is to bring people together to help each other. If you have a question, use the Search and if you don't find a good answer, just ask! Similarly, if you are a veteran and know the answer, please help out other members.


2. Keep it Legal. Please do not post anything unlawful, libelous, defamatory, or that infringes upon any intellectual property rights.


3. No Spam. Please do not use the forums in any way to promote third party services, products, websites, or organizations. Posting your website in your signature or referencing it in your posts is fine as long as your posts are relevant to the forums.


4. Stay on Topic. Please do your best to post in the correct forums/sub-forums. Also try not to stray from the topic in a thread. If you need to detour or discuss something else, please start a new thread.


5. Be Friendly. This can't be repeated enough. The printed word has no intonation and sometimes it's hard for others to know whether you're being serious or joking. Be courteous. Use smiley faces (emoticons) if it's not clear that you're joking. Do not post anything harassing, threatening, abusive, lewd, or inflammatory. Do not flame people, products, or organizations. Do not troll.


6. Inappropriate Behavior. The following is considered inappropriate behavior and will be dealt with as covered here in the Rules and Guidelines and/or the Terms of Use.

   2. Posting pornographic, violent or other inappropriate images or language
   
   
   3. Using racial slurs or other language intended to offend other users
   
   
   4. Infringing on a third party's copyright
   
   
   5. Creating more than one account
   
   
   6. Opening a new account after your MvixCommunity account was cancelled
   
   
   7. Publishing jibberish or the same content multiple times
   
   
   
   


7. Our Right to Enforce These Rules. Your participation in the Forums is subject to modification, deletion, access limitation or ban, by Felthos Foundry, LLC. or its agents. Felthos Foundry, LLC. or its agents reserves the right to edit or delete content that it considers inappropriate and to limit users that have posted such content.


8. Limitation of Liability. Felthos Foundry, LLC. is not responsible for the content that is contributed by members, and does not guarantee its accuracy, legality or completeness. As a reader, you expressly agree that bear all the risks associated with such content and that Felthos Foundry, LLC. is not liable in any way for such content, for its errors and omissions, and for any losses and damage incurred as a result of accessing or using such content.
